In April of 2009, The Goal Club hosted the fourth annual “Golf For Kicks” golf outing, its latest endeavor in support of the Georgia Soccer program. Held at the University of Georgia golf course, the event was another rousing success. Nearly 60 sponsors stepped up in support of the event. With many golfers and volunteers, the support for the event far exceeded anyone’s expectations. The fifth annual Golf For Kicks event, scheduled for March 19,2010, is already in the planning stages and judging by the input of last year’s participants and sponsors, the event should continue to be a yearly success.
